In Abu Dhabi, SFI has been involved in multiple projects for the Oil and Gas Industry (upstream and downstream). But apart from the setting up of refineries, gas platforms, petroleum expansion plants, etc, SFI has also handled a diverse variety of projects covering electricity sub-stations, townships, desalination plants, cement mills, water treatment, etc. Many of the projects we have undertaken are in conjunction with some of the well-known ERP giants in the world of construction engineering. SFI is always looking for ways to further improve its logistics processes. Another initiative that SFI has undertaken is to assign specifies roles and responsibilities to its Logistics team in order to ensure there is a clear allocation of accountability for total system performance.
